Solutions Overview
Integrated Asset Services™ (IAS®) handles the entire residential asset management process from initial delinquency through closing and funds transfer. And, they do it like no one else. IAS keeps its clients in the know and in the money by reducing cycle times and providing absolute accountability every step of the way.
Through a strategic partnership with IntelliReal, IAS provides comprehensive sales, support and integrated solutions for virtually all IntelliReal technology. IntelliReal's collateral valuation technology provides a platform for IAS to deliver automated intelligent and in-depth risk management valuation solutions that help their customers reduce exposure while expediting the asset management process.
IAS has integrated IntelliReal technology into its full range of asset management services, broadening their valuation offerings. Their flexible automated order system accepts properties individually or in batches via web services in formats including Excel, standard file format, and Web entry. Properties that do not meet user-configurable confidence and explicit risk thresholds can be passed along to the BPO process for additional assessment. Each BPO result is quality inspected by IAS and when further value reconciliation is required, receives hands-on attention. The automated system is enhanced through IAS-quality controls every step of the way.
IntelliReal also powers the IAS360™, a ground-breaking comprehensive housing index that tracks monthly changes in the median sales price of detached single-family residences in more than 15,000 "neighborhoods" across the U.S. This data is then rolled up to report on the changes in 360 counties, nine census divisions, four regions and the nation overall. The timeliness of the data which is based upon all arms-length transactions occurring in underlying neighborhoods makes the IAS360 the leading indicator for housing price rends in the U.S.
