- User Portal: Through the User Portal a user can analyze, explore and audit every valuation. This intuitive portal allows for a broad range of discovery — providing a means to deliver an Appraiser-Assisted AVM. Every valuation is given a unique identification key for extensive drill-down. The user may view the properties used (or not used) as comparables, examine the weighting criteria used, see how the value compares with the neighborhood, analyze current and historical sales data, and more. After reviewing a valuation, the user may modify the various property attributes as necessary to fine-tune a given valuation.
- Complete Audit Trail: Every record is assigned a unique identification key with an audit trail containing a digitally-sealed record — allowing insight into all material actions and influencing criteria.
- Geo-Spatial-Driven: As part of IntelliReal's data cleansing address perfection process, each subject property and every property within the database is given precise latitude/longitude coordinates. Through a proprietary algorithm, a property is precisely located within feet of its global location. Geo-coding yields a number of benefits in terms of accurate valuations (e.g., pinpointing the best comparables), and allows IntelliReal's output to integrate with Google Maps.
- Mapped Output & Integrated Photos: IntelliReal can place the subject property and all comparable properties on a Google Map showing streets and other landmarks for quick visual assessment. The user may click on a visual pushpin representing the subject property on the map and explore details on each comparable property used as well as any excluded comparable properties. A photo of the subject and comparable properties is included in IntelliReal's automated valuation output.
